LINS 2024
The theme for our conference was Service before Self: Leading with a Purpose, where we emphasized leadership that prioritizes selfless service, sacrifice, and a deep sense of purpose. Our goal was to inspire and educate participants to become leaders who place the well-being of their Sailors, Marines, and organizations over themselves.
Older Symposiums
The Wolverine Battalion Leadership Symposium is a fantastic opportunity to develop mentally, morally, and physically into future Navy and Marine Corps Officers. Each year leaders from all career fields in the Navy and Marine Corps help us in our pursuit of excellence during this three-day event. Three years ago the theme was “Succeed to Exceed”, where our goal was to hear from diverse perspectives of leadership at all levels so that we may better understand the complex and changing environment around us to become better leaders and continuously succeed in exceeding expectations. Seen below are a few highlights from previous Symposiums.
